Güllük is a dream town which has the airport inside its borders.

In the reconstruction project of the town there is a marina and cruise liner harbour in the place of existing harbour.

There is a golf area which is only 6 km. away and it is under construction at the moment. The Iasos Ancient City is in the north and the Bargilium Ancient City is in the south-west of Güllük.

At the 18th km. north-east there is the Town Milas which is in the center of magnificent historical cities.

Our town which is located between Bodrum and the airport is surrounded by ancient cities and bird paradise.

Güllük has 6 km. long beach with blue flag.  The population numbers at 3500 at present.

Building permission is restricted in this area and planning laws are strictly in forced. In Hermias1 (nine houses), Hermias 2 (eleven houses) we have managed to create a setting which compliments the surrounding woodland, using traditional Muğla architecture.

Hermias Villas are located close to Güllük Town center and all the residence will be able to enjoy the beautiful sea views and sunsets from the comfort of their own private balconies.
